HiLine Illinois fits squarely into the Far West Oak Cliff (FWOC) area plan which was organized to identify city-owned assets and to determine opportunities for development, historic preservation, and quality of life.

HiLine Illinois meets the goals of the FWOC Task Force by providing 200-units of new-construction, Class “A”, affordable housing within 2-minutes of the Dallas Mountain College campus and fulfills a much-needed gap in living options for students and employees at the college. HiLine Illinois also acts as a major corridor revitalization project given its 400 feet of frontage along the major thoroughfare of W Illinois Ave.
