Adrian Iglesias
Lead Principal, Titanium Housing
With more than 25 years of multifamily development experience, Adrian is a seasoned affordable housing executive with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, community-enhancing residential platforms. He has originated and executed over 7,000 units across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Mississippi, stewarding more than $1.2 billion in total development costs.
Adrian brings deep expertise in structuring complex, layered financing transactions, including LIHTC (4% and 9%), HUD programs, TCAP, USDA, tax-exempt bonds, grants, and public-private partnerships. His ability to navigate intricate capital stacks while aligning municipal, state, and federal stakeholders has positioned him as a trusted leader for high-impact, complex development initiatives.
As the leader of Titanium’s development platform, Adrian directs all projects from site acquisition through stabilization, overseeing feasibility analysis, entitlement strategy, financing applications, capital structuring, construction execution, and lease-up performance. He also leads civil engagement strategy and community investment initiatives, ensuring each development delivers both financial performance and measurable neighborhood impact.
Travis Barber
Principal, Titanium Housing
Since 2021, Travis has specialized in multifamily residential development, leading to the origination of over 750 units throughout Texas. As a civil engineer trained at the University of Texas at Austin (2018), Travis is passionate about the design and construction of urban multifamily and mixed-use projects across the Southwest US. Travis gained experience with a leading civil engineering consultancy in Austin where he developed technical skillsets that allow him to optimize the development process. Since starting his career in multi-family residential development, Travis has overseen the development of over 2,000 units.
Travis helms the design, permitting and construction phases of Titanium developments.

Adrian Iglesias previously led the operations and development for GHD where his leadership created thousands of housing units throughout the Southwest. As Lead Principal at Titanium Housing, Adrian provides seamless continuity of leadership, expertise, and vision to stakeholders, ensuring that THP upholds the same high standards established by GHD.
