Cameron HiLine is a monumental development for the Windsor Park neighborhood. The site was previously developed as The Old Homestead, a staple in north-central Austin. In 2022, the Old Homestead was purchased by a developer intent on building market-rate units, displacing the original 16 residents. The site was demolished, but plans for the market rate development did not move forward.

Principles of Titanium took over the site control in 2023 and were able to re-envision and successfully execute on converting the development into high-quality choice housing.

Residents displaced from The Old Homestead by the market rate development notified and guaranteed a right-of first return upon completion of the community in 2027.
